Tap water in 99% of the country is not safe for consumption. If you aren't travelling with a steri-pen or water bottle with in-built filter, then you will end up buying litres of the stuff.
A two litre bottle of purified water will cost 5-7B, whilst a 400ml bag will only cost 0.5B. Therefore, you can buy 2 litres for the bargain cost of 2.5B. Your best bet for finding them is with the street stalls (often run by little old ladies), but don't be surprised if you're asked for 1B a bag - just smile and tell them you know the price is 0.5B.
Not sure how to say it in Spanish? Here you go: 'Tiene bolsas de agua?' 'Cuanto cuesta cada una?" 'Es cinquenta centavos normalemente, no?'
